Hello. It's a tradeoff between quality and file size. AVI/divX will provide the smallest file size but at the expense of reduced video quality. ratDVD provides reduced file size while maintaining video quality for the most part. ratDVD is probably the way to go, but I would suggest summitboy try both approaches and see which he finds most acceptable.
